Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Trailer-Tug purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 15 days of the original purchase date.

• Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging.

• You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.

• Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

Return Claim Procedure

To return a purchase please follow the steps below:
Call 714-369-8066 or email us to open your return claim.

• Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged in shipping.

• Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). Trailer-Tug is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
