Warranty

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange, receive a refund, or credit your purchase within 15 days (shipping not included; learn about returns). We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment and are always considerate of the customer's point of view.

We strive to build long-term relationships with each of our customers and a big part of accomplishing this is by ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We will do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with the products and service you receive from Trailer-Tug.

All Trailer-Tug products come with a lifetime Manufacturers Warranty. Trailer-Tug warranties all products to be free of defects due to flaws in materials, manufacturing or workmanship for lifetime. There are no other express or implied warranties.

The warranty is limited to appropriate transportation and recreational use. Misuse will void the warranty. The warranty does not extend to standard "wear and tear" produced by normal operation or to any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage, consumer abuse, or neglect.

These products are intended for use only with trailers up to the specified weight capacity. Doing so may result in damage to the product and cause serious injury to the user.
